This May, we recognize both Jewish American Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, two deeply meaningful observances, especially for us as a mental health program. We celebrate Jewish American Heritage Month by honoring the generations of Jewish Americans whose traditions, values, and contributions have helped shape our communities and country. ✡️ At the same time, Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us how essential it is to care for our emotional well-being and to support one another with compassion and understanding. In today’s climate, the importance of connection, support, and community has never been greater. We are committed to supporting Jewish wellbeing, this month and every day, by meeting our community where they are through free support groups, education, research, and rapid response.
